(July 16, 2018, 5:19 pm)Excellent service , mom and pop shop that treated me like family and he was able to figure out an issue on my car that other shop couldn’t even figure out (The Dealership). I take all my cars here now , and for state inspections too there’s no wait. Oh he even programmed my truck keys which I didn’t know they provided that service it was cheaper then the dealerships quote.

(May 24, 2018, 6:45 pm)I always go to BT Used Auto Sales, for my Honda Civic '02 (I've owned for about 6 yrs).
They're straightforward, trustworthy and I find pricing to be fair. Since they started doing state inspections I now get it done here with Julia, which is convenient.
BT Shop repaired these issues:
I had my oil changed at Walmart, I asked for synthetic 5W-30 but they gave me 5W-20. I didn't notice 'till I was home with the left over 5W-20 in my back seat. On my next oil change after draining out the oil, the bolt from the oil panel wouldn't tighten. Walmart also damaged the bolt which is why they sealed it to the oil panel. So I decided to go BT shop and they fixed the bolt.
In another instance a friend installed my new suspension and after a few days I knew something was not right. I had Bryant at BT Shop take a look at it and come to find out the adjusting lock was put on the wrong way.
All that being said, I've decided to only go to BT shop because of all my horrible experiences. Plus I ended up having to go to them regardless, so this was skipping a step and saving me money in the long run. -

(May 18, 2018, 6:08 am)It’s hard to find a honest mechanics shop that doesn’t give you the run around. They provide good services and honest work. This is one of the shop I can trust to work on my vehicles.
