Our caregivers have been prompt, nice and caring. The owners have been fantastic and are very envolved. They offer very reasonable rates and are always available to answer all of our questions. I can't express how happy my family and I are with there services!

(March 7, 2020, 9:44 am)I am so glad we found Preferred Care! Beatrice and her staff stepped in, in a hurry when we needed a caregiver for our father who has dementia & alzheimers. The hours we needed a care giver were not easy but she managed to work it out with her staff and help us! They're very professional, punctual and experienced! We are truly grateful and we highly recommend Beatrice and her staff!

(February 13, 2020, 12:09 pm)Beatriz (Bea) went out of her way to help with our truly unique situation of traveling from Dallas to Houston with my wheelchair bound Mother to attend my Brother's funeral. She met with my Mom to get to know her.
Bea was also very flexible with our continuously changing schedule and allowed us to be with our family as needed. Our time with family to grieve would not have been possible without their help and compassion. We are forever grateful.
Kurnesha (Kay) was simply an amazing caregiver with Mom. She was extremely thoughtful and dutiful. Kay also went out of her way to make Mom as comfortable as possible and treated Mom with respect and dignity. Kay shared with us about her own losses and related in a way that was more than just client/caregiver. We cannot thank Kay enough for her help as well.
