  I'm not sure why this vet had such low reviews but this is the BEST experience i've ever had with a vet before - even under our unfortunate series of events. They went above and beyond to actually look into what was bothering my kitty, Jynx. He had a horrible infection that put him in intense pain and disorientation; I didn't think he'd make it through the weekend until his vet appointment on Monday. He's always been a sickly guy throughout the year with upper respiratory problems and I always thought he was too much to handle for my other vet. The vet beforehand did the minimal and assumed what was wrong with him without tests. When i was younger this was great, as it was cheaper but wasnt what we needed.
  
  We arrived around 5AM and had to wait for roughly 2 1/2 - 3 hours. The first location we considered had a long wait as well, due to other serious surgeries and we had no choice but to tough it out. When it finally was our turn, the staff and Dr. Rubash were thorough, delicate and very kind when checking on him. Mark got scratched from my kitty while checking up on him and they had to get back up for further work. Jynx put up a fight and apparently sent a nurse to an ER in the back. They had to explain to me that it had to reported and felt bad that I may of had to talk to animal control or board him up. The lady he attacked even came out and explained the situation and felt horrible. She hugged me and apoligized; she was incredibly sweet and actually cared.
  
  Mark Rubash was informative and thorough, everything was explained in terms i could understand and he didn't skimp out on any details. My cats ears was most likely the cause and the other vet ignored my complaints on his ears over the years assuming it was allergies/upper respiratory problems. Rubash and the staff took samples, gave me results to his bloodwork and laid it all out for me. Took the time they needed to get the job done.
  
  I was worried on the price but was approved for CareCredit, i didn't have the card but the receptionist happily talked to the company over the phone to sort it out.
  
  In conclusion, this vet was clean, nice and friendly. I believe alot of these reviews were made from mostly unfortunate events but i'm here to tell you, they were amazing and really made a difference for my Jynx. I'm glad i made the decision to have him brought to this vet and i'm so thankful to them for all that they did. Also - i was here for 5 HOURS and i'm here making a 5 star review for them. My only complaint is the uncomfortable chairs but that's unrelated to what i was there for; my cat. They were there for him and took care of him the way my vet failed to. Thank you VCA!❤ You truly do care for animals and it shows.

  I brought my Aussie mix Baelor in when she was having another seizure like the one that morning. Everyone from the soft spoken Isabella who calmly walked me through the process, to Dr. Klein, who spoke to me in plain English and explained the entire treatment options coherently and answered all of the questions we had, even the basic common sense ones,( which all sense leaves you in an emergency room visit), to Dorothy, who would not take no for an answer when care credit was rejecting my info..( qualified that morning). Thank you to the young lady that brought her out for me to take home... I wish you were closer to home...even though we're still getting her dosage worked out, I'm happy she's right here watching me type this review. Thank you so much for my lil Baelor

  I had to take Bubba to get his stitches checked. Dr. Klein and his staff were very courteous and helpful. We were able to be roomed immediately and were seen quickly. The experience overall was excellent and i will definitely return if an emergency should occur in the future.
