  James is my favorite trainer ever! I've been working out with his boot camp class for 3-4 months now twice a week and still loving it! I think of myself as being in decent shape, but most weeks I'm still feeling sore because James has really dynamic exercises that challenge me. He's also a really funny and positive person. Highly recommend to all fitness levels!

  I have tried many different types of fitness classes and this is by far my favorite. The classes are challenging but incredibly fun. The exercises are different every time, which keeps it interesting and you never get bored. James always makes sure you’re doing exercises with correct form. If you’re unable to do the correct form, he will offer modified versions to work your way up to the full motion. Really great classes and highly recommend!

  Used to drive by their Obstacle course for years trying to figure out what it was all about. Happened to meet James and Leah in my running group and tried their bootcamp classes out and I am hooked. a dozen or classes in I can feel that I am getting better!

  BC Fitness is the best OCR training out there! The coaches James, and Leah will help you accomplish whatever fitness goals you may have while have a great time. The community and classes are awesome! I live downtown but try to make it to as many classes as possible because there is no training comparable in the loop. Highly recommend them!

  I've done box gyms before and their in-house classes but just never hit my fitness goals. Started working with James and Leah since 2014 and I'm probably in the best physical shape I've ever been in. The atmosphere is fun, the workouts are challenging but you're so happy you did it at the end! Its a lot of functional movement, body weight and low weight/high rep workouts. They are hands down the best trainers in Houston whether your goal is to compete on American Ninja Warrior, do obstacle course racing like Tough mudders and Spartan Races or just be the best version of you! Highly recommend
