Even though my insurance was being really difficult to approve my sleep study, they worked with UHC to get something going and i was able to get a home sleep study approve.
They dropped it off and 3 days later they picked it up with no issues.
i highly recommend going to this place. -

They walked me through every step of the way, helped me understand the process and communicated with my physician in a timely manner! Spend time with me after my study and after results going over all the information. I received my CPAP machine within a few days. Educated me every step of the way and even followed up to check on me after my visit.

(December 7, 2017, 5:33 pm)This place is amazing!!! Everything was handled so promptly and friendly! From the very beginning when they received the order from my doctor to getting my equipment. My doc sent my order on a Friday, they called me Friday to inform me they received it and they would verify my benefits and call back. That took less than an hour, called me back and scheduled me for that same Sunday evening. The study was easy and the atmosphere was so comfortable. My technician was so great and helpful! Got my equipment the day after my study and Ms. Corrine was so awesome at taking the time to explain my report to me with so much detail and taking extra time to properly fit me for the right mask for me. She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Super excited to go to sleep tonight!! Huge thank you to North Houston Sleep Center for going above and beyond! Very happy patient here!!!!!
