  I just want to say ; Jose and his crew did a superb job with 1. Taking my order over phone
  2. With a great arrangement for my Lady.. and I quote her !! She said I out did myself !!! Which means Greenpoint florist out did themselves... When I thought I had an issue .. they even helped me after hours
  3 delivery was great

  Absolutely beautiful flowers. I highly recommend this place for any occasion. They do excellent work with very high quality flowers. They are definitely my go to for flowers.

  We had an employee pass away and his service was in Houston. Unfortunately we were unable to attend however we sent flowers to his family. Jose and his team were BEYOND AMAZING! My order was last minute and they got the job done and delivered within less than 2 hours!!!! I did place the order prior to the approval of all the managers and one of them was a bit unhappy with my choice however when I expressed to Jose our issue, he assured me we would love it or we could cancel the order. Sure enough he kept his word and the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL! We were all very satisfied and I was BEYOND impressed with the level of customer service I received. I can't express how easy they made this process and made sure we were completely satisfied. If you are looking for a quality work, great customer service and a speedy turn around time, I would recommend this place hands down!

  Thanks Jose for your excellent quality of work and service. Coming in early and personally making and delivering the Patriotic spray so that it would be fresh on today's funeral service. Since this was our church first time ordering from you, I requested you send me a picture and it was beautiful. Our entire church family is grateful.
