  Nice place. Good customer service. My service was upgraded to a suite without an extra payment. They are nice like that. If you are ever writing cs in Houston. This is the place for you as it is very close to the csec center.

  Comfortable, remodeled rooms and great staff
  
  My family and I arrived from the airport late on a Sunday night. And the hotel was willing to send a shuttle to pick us up even though it was past their normal shuttle hours.
  
  When we arrived, they did not have the exact same type that we have reserved online. However, they were willing to upgrade us too sweet at no additional charge. Additionally because it was late, they gave us room keys right away so my family could get settled into the room. And I was able to do the paperwork later.
  
  The rooms look like they have been newly remodeled. Everything was clean and the furniture and bedding looked in good condition.
  
  The complementary breakfast had a nice variety including eggs, waffles, cereals, and fruit.
  
  I took the shuttle back to the airport in the morning, and they were willing to drop me at the rental car area.
  
  I chatted with the owner both in the evening and the morning. He was very friendly and accommodating.
  
  Even though they were short staffed, breakfast service ran smoothly. All the staff we meet seemed polite and efficient.
  
  I would recommend this place to others.

  Moderate priced and clean. Fun TV package. Saw parts of some old favorites. It was in a rough neighborhood. I was only there because the weather made me miss my flight.

  If you are thinking about lodging for step 2 cs exam, this place is the best. Owner and the staff is very helpful, you meet all other students. Study room is here. Rooms are roomy and clean. Overall package is way better than Redlion(old park inn) .
