Pappas Bar-B-Q

The food is still good. I like their breakfast sandwiches. The prices are reasonable. The lunch and dinner menu is good but the prices make you want to go to a restaurant with table service.

Got the baby back ribs. Um, um good! Went with a friend. I recommend the WHOLE rack of ribs because half a rack is $17.95, and a whole rack is $24.95. What a savings! My friend and I ordered a rack. We were upset because they first gave us a half rack; then, they gave us a plate with a few more ribs on top. I told them we want a WHOLE rack of baby backs, UNCUT! They weren't too happy about that because what most people don't know is that when THEY cut the rack, they give you 12 bones. When you take the rack whole, you get 14 bones. Go figure!

Atmosphere is great, decorating fantastico! There's a couple of chandeliers I would like to have for my own. Prices too high. Their bacon cheeseburger is in the top five of Houston's best. Fries are great and the chili cheese fries are even better since they use brisket for the chili meat.

Great food! Two meat combo, turkey + brisket. Both meats flavorful. Mac n cheese is delicious as always. Line was long but was quickly served. It’s a popular place for dinner.
