(March 20, 2017, 11:22 pm)Lived here since Feb of last year and its been pretty good. The staff always completes work orders on time. They notify us for pest control every 4 months. Its a gated community close to good grocery stores and near memorial mall. The price is reasonable since it is new construction and a good location in Houston. Would prefer a gym and swimming pool on site but I have a membership to the gym near work so I dont care. Overall...I have to say pretty good job guys.

(March 20, 2017, 6:13 pm)Nice new construction in a good location. The maintenance team completes work orders the same day and the front office is on point with reminders and community updates. Just signed a renewal. Roxana and Ramon are pretty cool. Eric the maintenance guy can fix almost everything. Cool place plus I work in the memorial city mall area.

Roxana and the property manager Ramon have been nothing but extremely kind, professional, and helpful. The complex is new, well built, interior and appliances are great. Favorite apartment I've lived in to date.

(February 25, 2016, 4:19 pm)I just helped my mother apply/move into the Johanna Court Apts. and the experience has been great. The managing office and owner were very polite and did everything they could to accommodate us during the setup and move. Ramon (Property Manager) always goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this property, or their adjacent sister properties, if you're looking for a small apartment complex with a family atmosphere.
