Gerimedical was wonderful in every way. They were immediately able to get approval from Medicare when other companies had said I would have to wait two weeks. Then I was fitted with a knee brace that was exactly what I needed and was also very stylish. Everyone at the company listens to your needs and provides expert care in the services you require. I would definitely recommend GeriMedical to family and friends.
We are grateful to GeriMedical for their knowledge and expertise to recommend the right products to meet my aging father's medical needs. The staff really cared about the patient/caregiver and went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. Products arrived on time and they even helped assemble and set up many things.
This place is GREAT!!! I've been dealing with knee pain for almost three years now......I had surgery last year that helped for a little while, but the pain is back and I'm looking at more surgery. In the meantime, I was looking for a knee brace that would fit and support me because I'm a bigger guy.
I consulted with Margaret and selected a brace that we thought would help. I purchased it and after getting it home I quickly realized that over the next few days, it just wasn't the brace for me.
No problem.......Margaret sat back down with me and found another option. Not only did I get a brace that I think is going to be great, but it was less expensive and they promptly refunded the difference.
I know you're probably saying.......that's what they should have done, but the way the whole situation was handled makes a difference. They were great......Margaret was great.......and I'm very happy. I'll definitely recommend them to others every chance I get.
