  Good Q for a chain restaurant. Giving 5 stars because I got my meat fix and Dede was a knowledgeable and super friendly server. Price was reasonable. To all the people complaining about the prices, look around. See NRG Stadium over there? This is prime real estate so can't expect it to be priced like some small outfit in the burbs. Feeling full and satisfied!

  Parking: Place seems to always be really busy but the parking lot is sufficient for a place of that size and type.
  
  Restroom(s): N/A—did not use.
  
  Customer Service: A+. A lot of other businesses could take a lesson from them.
  
  Cleanliness/Sanitation: Average for a place of this type.
  
  Recommend: I’d highly recommend to anyone.

  For Texas style BBQ, friendly faces and country feel, Pappas BBQ continues to deliver. Good selection and the staff is knowledgeable to the point of recommending better food or menu items to beat suit the needs of the customers. Lines don't move as quickly as I would like but once you're sitting the wait is always worth the quality of the food.
