Called the office, didn't wait the normal 35 minutes when I would call 211... I spoke to the operator... Her name is Julia I believe... She is a wonderful helpful lady... I didn't really know what to say for my problem, so I explained my situation and she herself helped me out with information about my case... She gave me phone numbers I needed to call and told me what was wrong with my case...very kind spoken and I was not at all being rushed... Would recommend this place 10 stars....
