  I really love this place. Used to have some noise issues, but I'm glad that's not happening anymore. I have a 3 bed/2 bath with a garage and it's very spacious and a great price! The pool in the summer was a great place to have get togethers. I enjoy the landscaping and all the open spaces around the complex. I hope I can stay here a few more years. ????

  Love the attached garages! Managers are really nice and helpful. Maintenance team is super fast and friendly. I enjoy living here.

  I had scheduled a tour for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. At the time I had looked online, the prices were in my price range. I met with Shante on a Saturday morning for the tour and when my roommate and I told her our price range, she wouldn't even give us a tour! Which I appreciated greatly! It's like the saying "you don't try on a wedding dress you can't afford". I'm glad she essentially told us no. She did help us out as much as possible, giving us options on other places and even said she would reach out to us directly if she noticed any prices going down on the unit size we were interested in. Of course, it hurt a little when I was told "no" but I understood why it was done. From what I could see, it is a beautiful place and it was quiet when we went into the office. I would recommend working with Shante if interested anytime soon as she was extremely helpful. I only gave 4 stars as I was unable to see the actual unit or whole area. I would give 4.5 if I could.

  Me and my husband truly enjoyed our 5 months stay here at Villas. The apartment is spacious and conveniently located close to belt 8. I believe that the pest control works well and so we’ve never seen any insects alive inside our place.
