    Overall good experience. Great doctor and techs. Front desk staff needs improvement. Our regular vet referred us to animal ER but when we presented there we were treated in a not so kind way. If you can get past the front desk staff you are in great hands

    Fantastic experience. The Doctors and Nurses are great and we recieved excellent service. As far as the care of my dog I couldn't speak more highly of this place. We were called several times and given updates on our pup. They are very thorough and meticulous. Each step really seems to be thought out and have a meaning behind it. Do not hesitate to bring your pet here. These folks will take care of your beloved pet.

    We just had to let our sweet little Princess go to the Rainbow bridge. The staff here couldn't have been nicer or more compassionate. Wonderful to know that there's an emergency veterinarian clinic that is as good as this one!

    My dog went in with strange symptoms. They were able to identify it as a rare case of a bacteria infection. He stayed for two days in the hospital and received excellent care. Upon discharge I received a detailed account of his care along with instructions on medication dosing. The whole document was probably 20+ pages long. They also emailed all of the details to his vet so they could have on file as well.
