  Very curtious and helpful desk clerk. Felt welcome to be there. Facility and room clean and updated. Parking lot well lit. Good variety of choices for breakfast. I would stay there again.

  Clean room and professional staff. Water pressure on the shower was low. Just spent one night during a layover in Houston. They have a timely airport shuttle which we appreciated.

  Very pleased with the hotel accommodation. The location was perfect, less than a 5mi drive to the airport. The breakfast was great as well as the room. It was quite massive for a double but I loved that! Parking is free with the warning of lock up your belongings. I was also able to check in early and I appreciated that there was no fee tied to that. Would definitely stay again if needed.

  Being the last & cheapest hotel available from the airline due to our cancelled flight, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is new, clean, and well appointed. It is not a luxury hotel by any means but it is near the top of it's class. I deducted 1 star for the location - if you don't have a car there are no restaurants within walking distance except some fast food. On the plus side, they do provide a complimentary airport shuttle. I would use this hotel again if I had a car.
