  I was all ready to leave the post office and write a horrible review. But I have to say the manager of this location unknowingly turn my experience around right before I left. I drove a good distance to get here because they closed a little bit later then all the other post offices around me I have a decent amount of priority mail boxes to ship out that I had already paid for I just needed scanned and when I got up to the desk you could tell the older lady had a horrible attitude and when she was scanning and weighing the boxes I tried to help her out by handing her the next box and she pushed the box back while I was holding it and kind of like pushed it back onto the counter gave me a real dirty look and then picked it up herself scanned it and then put it on the scale. Boy did that piss me off but I wasn't going to be rude to an elderly woman especially if she was the one in charge of my packages at the moment. When I was leaving I checked to see if they had any priority mail boxes that were not flat rate because sometimes you get lucky and they have a few. But all they had where the flat rate boxes on display. The manager was walking by and I guess she saw me looking and she was like "you're looking for non flat rate boxes right?" I said yeah I've been ordering them but they haven't come in and she told one of the younger ladies that work there to go get me a case of some non flat rate boxes and told me if they have any supplies that are extra they have no problem giving them two people if they need it. Then a couple seconds later the young lady came to the door with a case of boxes. She was also very friendly. It's too bad they have a couple bad apples they're making that location look bad because they have some real attentive workers they're also.

  We went there to renew passports. I am going to have to offer a different opinion regarding the gentleman who processes the passports. I can see how he could be perceived as abrupt because he is all business and there is no small talk. However, we thought he was very professional and focused on his job. He only has 15 minutes for each application, and he gets it done. You can tell he expects you to be prepared and ready for the passport renewal process. I suspect if you don't follow directions and come very unprepared, he would probably seem rude. I'm not implying that is what happened to those who have left him a negative review - I am just saying that I could definitely see him appearing frustrated if that were the case. We would not hesitate to go there again. He was very helpful and efficient.
