(March 12, 2019, 9:48 am)I have been under Dr Malani's care for almost 5 years now. She has been wonderful- always willing to listen, the staff (especially Joanne) have all been wonderful to work with as well.

(October 10, 2018, 11:42 am)Similar experience to the rest- dr Malani is patient and seems to be a good dr but the front desk and check out staff are cold. When I walk in for the first time and the staff is rude and impatient, it ruined most of the apt for me. That being said, I will continue with her because she did listen and maybe the staff was having a bad day, but I feel everyone should be treated with respect and courtesy regardless of personal issues.
UPDATE- One day after my review was written, the office manager called me to express his apologies. He assured me they would look into the staff etiquette. I was very impressed with the amount of concern and responsibility he took on for the behavior of his staff. At my latest appointment, the staff was friendly and professional- a major improvement. Dr. Malani is always kind and compassionate. If they can keep the office staff respectful, I will highly recommend this dr and office. -

(February 13, 2018, 4:58 pm)AMAZING Dr. and staff! They are very polite, caring, and professional. Dr. Malani takes time to really listen to you and makes you feel like a person not a number. Joann and Monica are amazing at their jobs abd always greeted with a smile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
