  I love my apartment. I have been here for a while and I am very excited with all the work the new management has done to the property. It's been a huge improvement. Great job guys!

  Management and the new owner of this small family oriented complex has really cleaned it up! Kids running, laughing and playing is the best sight and sound! The rat issue was taken care of as soon as new management took charge. No hookers or drug dealers are living in the apartments. Sycamore Gardens Apartments is being changed for the better!

  The new site manager is awesome always and very fair and helpful at first she may seem mean but after a while you see that things are good and they removed most of all the problem individuals and there’s a real family type of atmosphere kids always running and playing and everyone kinda knows already not to drive so inconsiderate because a kid could pop out around a corner on a three wheeler going 100 drifting like fast and the furious this place is not a place you live for life anyone moving into any apartment should already understand that fact. But I give 5 stars because it is what you make it and I’ve made it 5 stars with a good positive attitude and a understanding that this is temporary and there’s a bright futur for all of you want it good day
