This was my exact experience on my appointment/introduction with Dr. Jessica Anderson. She has a very quiet disposition, to some that may project as disregarding. But in fact, she is collectively listening ,noting and giving a patient her full attention.
Once a few moments spent discussing your reasons to seek medical help, she softens and is a very pleasant person who in my
actual experience will go out of her way to help her patients. This is a very appreciated quality.
Sadly, this is a rare trait found in most high end professions today.
In my continued appointments with her, I continue to get the same level of care by her and her staff. I felt compelled to share my experience and feel fortunate to have her as my doctor.
