  Updated 12/28/18 from one star to four.
  I heard back from the company and they made things right. Aside from the issues noted below, our move went well. The crew was polite and handled our belongings with care.
  
  I was overcharged for labor. I hired a four person crew. At one point I came out of the house and one of the guys was lying down in the back of the truck! They finished in 2 1/2 hours plus a couple of minutes and charged me for 3 hours. If the fourth guy would have been working the entire time they would have easily finished in 2 1/2 hours, maybe less.
  
  In addition, every time I got within earshot, one of the guys started talking about tips. It was very unprofessional.

  Leonard and his crew were awesome! They were quick and took care of my mothers things. They made her laugh and feel comfortable moving into her new apartment as she hasn't moved in over 30 years. Thanks guys and I will recommend you guys to anyone I know moving.
