Burleson Wash and Lube

I brought two vehicles to get washed today, one of them was my mother's and one was mine. Her vehicle had not been driven in a while, and it was very very dirty! I'm very pleased with the hard work by this team. Both vehicles looked great!! Great detailing, great customer service! Will definitely be back!

The staff consistently provide outstanding customer service! Repeatedly they have been extra pleasant and gone above and beyond the expected level of service. Once they detailed the car I took them in an extraordinary way (it needed it!) and shrugged it off like it was nothing when I thanked them! And today the management sent Alex out to my mother's house to check the vehicle they serviced before the big freeze blew in, because it was leaking fluid. It was after hours (I called them late in the afternoon) and dark by the time Alex arrived, but he checked the vehicle, took a couple remedial measures (turns out the fluid leak was a transmission oil leak not related to the work they had done) and gave me recommendations for the next step needed.
