My experience at Dental Group of Lubbock was excellent the signing was pretty quick and simple they give me a tablet to fill out my paperwork which I thought was great. The staff was very friendly. And was very informative of what was going on and what needed to happen. They have a program for people with no insurance call Thrive Dental Plan free exams and x-rays and 20 to 30% off other services.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Going to the dentist is no easy yet I was very relaxed and the staff explained everything I needed and why. I am very happy with the care that Dental Group provided.

I felt like I was in good hands from the beginning registration to all the care that everyone took to protect against Covid. I feel like I have a new dental home. Micah, the hygienist, was so caring and sweet. Dr. Fey was attentive and helpful with an old issue that is now hopefully resolved.

I believe that all of these five star reviews are well deserved and an honest measure of the experience you can expect. Dr. Lauren Fey and her assistant, whose name I can not remember, made the process of repairing and filling a cavity quick and painless. I came to this place on a whim expecting an anxiety filled experience, only to be surprised by the level of expertise and professionalism demonstrated by every member of the team. Dr. Fey was patient, assuring, and did her best to answer my questions.

Wow, I cannot say enough great words about the group of amazing people that work here. Dr. Lauren Fey is so Gentle and Dr. Micah Smith wow she is a super star in my book. My appreciation and love as a friend will be there; they made a friend for life. Please please I ask if you've ever had a bad dental experience go here and you'll be happy you did. A blessing that the dental group came to Lubbock
