The staff at this United Pharmacy is wonderful! They go above any pharmacy I have ever used. They have excellent customer service!! Morgan is always so sweet and helpful.
The Pharmacy staff is great! My MD wrote me a prescription for a solution for an ear infection that I had, and I went all around town to different pharmacies and they stated they did not have the solution. When I went to the United pharmacy the technician and pharmacist took the time and spoke with me, and come to find out you are not going to find a solution at any pharmacy for the most part because they only carry the suspension (apparently they are made differently and they are a big difference to the pharmacist but not much difference to my ear infection). Long story short the pharmacy staff took the time to see the root of my problem and were able to call my MD office and have the prescription changed to a suspension in order to get me the medication that I needed to alleviate my infection. Highly recommend. .
The ladies in the pharmacy at 130st and Indiana are very kind and helpful.they are all very sweet.any time i have a question or problem they are very quick to help out.very good team.
