I never have to wait for her to get back to me because she is an excellent and clear communicator. It is always a positive experience. I'm a bit of a hands on person, but with Amanda, I know she takes care of any issues big or small so I can relax. Amanda has several years of experience and is very familiar with the greater Woodlands/Conroe area. I love the fact that Amanda is a Beast in negotiations and I have always felt that I came out on the winning end after she is done. She makes sure that documents are correctly handled and ready so that closings are fast and easy and I'm getting back to my baby quickly. I highly recommend Amanda for either lease or purchasing real estate.

When one that we liked was suddenly under contract with another party, she had a newly found home picked out for us ready to tour. She genuinely cares more about the client than most realtors and you can totally put all aspects of home buying/selling in her hands!
