Next Level Urgent Care | Magnolia

My son went here this morning and they were very kind. When they realized pretty much right away that he needed to go to a regular ER (as he needed an ultrasound), they didn't even charge him for the visit! That is unheard of these days!! Also, the facility is very very nice! If you have to go to an urgent care facility, this is the place.

I wasn’t even seen here and they were super helpful and wonderful. The staff was so helpful and even though I wasn’t seen I felt like they cared about what was going on and they did their best to help me try to find somewhere that could help me since they weren’t able to. I 1000% recommend this place after only spending a mere 5 minutes in there, if I ever do need an urgent care I am definitely coming here hands down!

After filling out the registration papers online, they texted me when it would be a good time to come in. I was in & out in 45 minutes total...definitely not my experience with other urgent care places. The staff in its entirety were extremely friendly and professional. The doctor gave the prescriptions I needed, he answered all my questions. If you need one, this is an excellent Urgent Care facility.

I had a great experience here. I had a hard-to-come-by appointment but was even seen early. The staff were, without exception, delightful - and kept me highly informed, as well as taking the initiative to make sensible suggestions. Miss Kelsey was especially helpful, as was Dr Walter. I felt respected and very well treated, and would recommend this location without hesitation.
