  This Best Western plus is conveniently located at the intersection of I 69 and the Grand Parkeay in New Caney, TX. The staff goes over and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We had an awesome stay.

  We have spent a little over 3 weeks here awaiting the completion of our home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, conveniently located, and the staff is amazing! We have made some dear friends while here and they will be missed.

  Hotel was clean and nicely appointed. A bit hard to get to due to some highway construction. After getting to the parking lot the first time, it was easy finding the way in and out. Had the room next to the elevator and was NEVER disturbed. Very quiet room, clean and well kept.

  Very satisfied with this hotel. Karen Mobley at the front desk could not have been nicer. She was very professional and courteous.We have never been to a hotel with such a wonderful employee. Was a little hard to find the hotel entrance as you have to drive through another hotel to get to it. Breakfast was good with a large selection of items.

  This a great facility. King suite with a fold out was a great space and a very comfortable rest. Warm continental breakfast was delicious. The hotel was full so there was a shortage of extra blankets and towels. Everything else was great.
