Virgil was professional from my call to check wait times through completing the service on my vehicle. He sent me a quote for the required maintenance so there were no surprises. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. They have complimentary water and coffee drinks. The work was completed in the time frame that Virgil estimated and I was on my way. Extremely pleased with the level of professional and efficiency of their system to handle my vehicle maintenance. So nice to finally find someplace dependable for all our vehicles after having some bad experiences elsewhere. Five star all the way. Highly recommended!

Caliber Auto Care had been my go to place since they opened, they 5 minutes from my house, much closer than the dealership and they've always done a great job, I take my truck there every 6 months for an oil change. Virgil is normally the service advisor that I work with, he's good about recommending the maintenance services that's required based on the vehicle's record, he even showed me how to view my service history on carfax which I din't know about before. I worked with a different service advisor today, there were no issues with the oil change but there was also no recommendations on other maintenance that I should do right away, worst of all, when I was updating my maintenance on Carfax, I saw that my last inspection was done in July 2021, I couldn't believe it so I went and looked at my registration tag and it shows that it expired in July 2022. I know that's my responsibility but they shouldn't let a 3 month expired registration pass through thief shop without at least asking if the customer wants to do their inspection. I'll say they likely missed this because they've been extremely busy but Vandergriff never missed stuff like this when I used them.

Fantastic service. Have had multiple cars worked on at this location. One vehicle required extensive research to find the correct electronic part. They were exhaustive in finding the part and making the vehicle as road worthy as possible. The manager is fantastic. He will do right by the customer. My go to location.

I came in at a busy time, however Virgil did not hesitate to greet me and get me in quickly for my oil change. Virgil was very polite and professional as well. I also inquired about the state inspection being new and he thoroughly explained the process for that as well. Mike the Manager was also great! He was professional and courteous! The service overall was the best I have and the staff were awesome! I definitely recommend them and will also return myself!

I'm so happy with how quickly they got my car fixed. Their shop is very clean, great customer service & with so much care. They were informative & helpful. Thank you Virgil & everyone else who came in to work during this winter storm.
