Empowering Counseling One on One

I began seeing Cindy Stewart for help processing grief after the passing of my mother. I have seen many counselors over the years for help as life issues pop up but I have never worked with anyone like Cindy. She absolutely helped me work my way through the grief I seemed so stuck in but she also helped uncover so much more that needed addressing. She skillfully asked questions that gently guided me to answers and ultimately led to freedom from many things that had me bound. Cindy creates a peaceful and serene environment to open up with no fear of judgement for anything you share. I found each of our sessions to be a harmonious flow of productive conversation and I left each session feeling as though we had accomplished something important! I wholeheartedly recommend seeking the help of Cindy Stewart as I am fully confident in her ability to guide you through your struggles to answers and solutions.

So if your reading this review your probably wondering is this a real person or is this the owner of the establishment writing their own review. I can tell you I'm a real client! I started going to my home away from home (empowering counseling one on one) in March 2020 and I was broken! I did not have any drive to continue on this task called life because I believed I wasn't able to. Every week was a struggle in my life. Every session I started to believe in myself and was I better in two weeks NO! However the tasks that I thought I could not do was becoming more easy to do! My attitude changed instead of walking around with my head down I walk around with pride and joy! My coworkers family friends could not believe the change because for the longest they thought I was always mad at the world. I can honestly tell you i may not be the strongest individual mentality however im stronger than the person that started in March 2020. I hope whoever is reading this review you take that step to better yourself not for anybody else but for YOU! I promise you will not regret your decision.
