My wife and I are both patients at the practice and we have had nothing but excellent care from Dr. Chen and his staff. Dr. Chen is very friendly and able to speak plainly regarding medical issues and concerns. We really appreciate the patient portal that he has invested in as it makes it easy to get our lab results and review our records.
Our family relocated and finding a good Dr. can be a hard task. It has been 2 years now and we love Dr. Chen. He is very thorough and gets to know his patients. Dr. Chen takes the time to explain his diagnosis and makes sure you understand. He remembers you and who you are when you return. He is very personable. The staff is friendly and very professional. Dr. Chen makes himself available, even on the weekends if needed. I would highly recommend Dr. Chen to anyone.
