  I just moved from Southern Illinois to Euless, Texas and chose CubeSmart for my storage while I’m staying with friends. The folks in the store were brilliant. The website isn’t clear all all about the first time costs but the GM of the Euless store called me after I made my appointment to make sure I was aware of all the one time costs so that I wasn’t disappointed when I got to the store. It was actually a little cheaper than we thought. I’d very much recommend at least the Euless location because of how well I was taken care of.

  This facility is very clean and secure, the manager Zelena gave me a tour and provided me with all the information I needed, she has amazing customer service and welcomed me with a big smile. They made me feel like my business was wanted, for those reasons I will recomend this storage facility to anyone. I will definitely be coming back to rent very soon!

  Cody was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to assist me and I am looking forward to moving my storage needs here. I liked that they were "green" and used solar energy and the temperature never got above 78 in all of the units. I felt the website was a little misleading, because ALL the units are climate controlled. Also the security is excellent. And you can prepay the year to avoid any suprise rate increase which is why I was leaving my last place.

  This by FAR!!! Was absolutely THE BEST customer service I’ve had in an extremely long time .. if ever !!!!!! Paul Smith at cube smart in Fort Worth... was EXTREMELY the best experience !! I could not have imagined in such a stressful moving situation already... that someone would and did truly took the time to address my every need .. gave me ideas .. moving suggestions.. just all around an AWESOME experience and can’t express enough! This gentleman was such a blessing to meet during what we all know and dislike with moving can be a total headache! From the moment I walked in and he said hello and good afternoon.. to sitting talking with him helping me in EVERY way possible .. suggestions etc ! Anyone .. and anyone I come in contact with I SO strongly suggest.. if your in need for storage needs .. information in such .. etc .. contact this nice gentleman.. you will be so well taken care of in all aspects of your needs !!! Paul I THANK YOU!!! And TRULY appreciate all you did and continue to do for your customers! You are BY FAR an absolute ASSET to this company and I truly hope your properly recognized!!

  Austin was amazing had a GREAT experience. Very safe alot of security features. I will recommend this storage to everyone I know, so if you want safety, great customer service & a great price go to this facility. Thanks again Austin.
