  I was in between leases and living with family and SecurLock was the perfect solution for me! The management (Cayce) was SO helpful and she made the process of moving in and out so easy! She was always so prepared for when I would need the truck and had the rental forms filled out before I got there so all I needed was to provide a card and a signature. This was an awesome storage facility very well kept, clean, and definitely a secure facility. I would 100% recommend using SecurLock for any storage needs!

  Great storage facility with good prices and a great staff. Really easy access but you need to purchase your own lock. Easy billing and everything is clean and in good shape.

  I never would have thought I'd have much to say about a storage facility, but I have a ton to say about Securlock, and it's all positive! Yes, the facilities are very nice and, as the name implies, very secure; however, it was the manager, Cayce Hubbard, that made all the difference.
  
  I was moving the contents of a home in another city into a climate-controlled storage unit for what would amount to three months. Cayce was very friendly and very thorough in helping me figure out what size space to lease. (I'd had a 1200 SF 2BR/1BA home, and I used a 10'x20' storage unit, which gave me a little room to spare. Any smaller would have been too small.)
  
  Every time I called the storage unit to ask a question about billing or access -- or whatever! -- Cayce remembered me, she knew my name ... she was able to make an impersonal sea of storage units feel like it had a personality! That takes a special person, because there is nothing noteworthy or welcoming about a bunch of metal storage units, let's face it.
  
  At one point I asked Cayce to see if I could "switch" my prior billing statements to a different credit card by charging the expenses to a new card and crediting the other, so that I could submit the storage fees to my company. Even though this was logistically not possible, she very kindly sent me all my prior invoices and did what she could. (The problem was with the system's functionality; not with Cayce.) I have no doubt that had she been able to do that, she would have done so because she showed a friendly, customer-service attitude all the way through.
  
  In fact, Securlock was recommended to me by another storage company that didn't have an available unit the size I needed at the time I needed it. That other facility could have referred anyone, but she referred Cayce and Securlock, not only because they were a little lower in price than another place I had checked, but also because a storage facility is only as good as the people running it. In that respect, Cayce and Securlock are tops!
