Great people from the front office to the service technicians. I applaud their knowledge and honesty when they may not know the answers. I appreciate they are not a money hunger company, not trying to sale a new service with each visit. They follow up after we receive our monthly services to assure there are no issues reoccurring and for the services they offer, they are reasonably priced.
We have been privileged to have Christian, Dakota and Matt service us and each one has done a great job!

Paragon did an amazing job with my rat exclusion. Some big name company quoted me some exorbitant amount so looked around and found Paragon. Alex came by, checked the house and gave an honest answer (that it wasn't bad). He walked me around the house to show the areas of concern and possible solutions. He explained the whole exclusion process and answered all my questions. He didn't push any services like the other company. It was a nice change of pace, which was definitely appreciated! decided to move forward with the process because really liked the work saw in the photos. From Dakota setting traps to Reid covering up exposed spots, Chris painting and sanitizing and Chad doing the misc exterior work in this 100° weather, everything turned out better than expected! They all showed up on time, awesome workmanship and scheduling and payment was a breeze. Thanks Paragon!
From the very beginning of my new relationship with Paragon Pest Control, I have been impressed! The response time to my initial inquiry was quick and during off hours. I never expected to receive a response while they were closed, but it happened! I really appreciated that! They were able to get me scheduled in a reasonable amount of time and during a time that worked with my schedule. The day of my service, Matt was very kind and informative. He was punctual and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints.
Chad, our technician that came out to service the house, was a really polite and professional guy. He was extremely knowledgeable and was quick to provide recommendations and suggestions on our insect problems. He was dog friendly and was extremely cautious on spraying in spots they would be able to get to and providing instructions for keeping them safe. On top of all that, I’ve also been in contact with the owner, Chase, who had followed up to make sure his company was meeting the needs of what was expected. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have that kind of connection with a company and showing they care. I was quoted all kinds of prices with all kinds of reasoning from people stopping at my door to ones I’ve called and Paragon was my choice because they didn’t pressure me once. I was able to find them via a Reddit recommendation and it’s been perfect. Thanks Paragon, Chad, and Chase - I’ll be sure to recommend you guys to all my family and friends.
I have never posted a review before but had to show my support for this company. I was VERY impressed with everyone at Paragon! They were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. I chose Paragon because they could not only address my raccoon problem, but also treat for insects, especially wasps and carpenter ants, even in the oak tree. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable with their payment plan. Having that option was such a relief! I felt so confident in their staff and so valued as a customer that I enrolled in their quarterly pest control services. (Also a great price!) Once I find a company I trust, I stay with them. I would HIGHLY recommend Paragon to anyone!
