  By far the best experience with this amazing staff! They were by far the best and professional place to work with and they didn’t force me into making a purchase. But I will soon jump on the band wagon when I am in a good place. They even give you an amazing goody bag for appreciating your customer experience and allowing them to show you what they offer from business perceptive! I will be returning soon to get my retainers soon!

  Had a great visit from beginning to end. Amber was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. The process was very fast and it's quite interesting to watch. Other members assisted Amber during my visit to approve the impressions she took, others to assist with check in or answer billing questions. It's nice that everyone works as a group and they will work together to find the answer to any question you may have. I really am thankful for their help and really glad I've made the decision to obtain these aligners. :) Thank y'all!!

  I’ve only had my scan and consultation but everything was great. Painless and quick. The ladies that helped me were incredible. I can’t wait to get started

  This team is awesome. The technology is great. The process is sweet. I don’t need to be convinced that the aligners work, as I’ve seen them before. However, the main reason I give 5 stars is that Joy (the person I saw) was understanding that I was going really for a consultation, even though I wasn’t fully ready to commit to the aligners yet due to some other dental work I will need. I will still given warm, proper treatment and didn’t seem to be a bother even though I hadn’t fully committed to purchasing yet.

  I just had my first appointment to have my scan and order my aligners! The appointment was so fast and easy! Amber was great and explained the process and expectations! I can’t wait to get my aligners and get my straight smile back! I highly recommend the Smile Shop and it was so convenient being inside CVS!
