(November 18, 2020, 8:00 am)My husband and are patients of Dr. John Ferris. He is a brilliant Physician and an amazing person. Kelly, his nurse, is absolutely fantastic. Dr. Ferris’s entire staff, including Amy and Stacy, are so helpful and kind. Dr. Ferris and Kelly are an amazing team that work very closely together to insure the best care.They have always helped us with any medical issues or needs. They’re brilliant, professional, friendly and compassionate. I highly recommend Grapevine Internal Medicine. It’s a wonderful group of Physicians and staff.

(August 17, 2020, 12:34 am)My entire family has been with Dr Page over 20 years, (including my husband & daughter) — as was my now deceased Mom, who loved him.
He LISTENS, is open to patient input/suggestions, but surprises you w/ his
in-depth medical knowledge of medications & conditions. I trust him 110% as he has managed multiple, very complex medical issues for myself & family, throughout child-bearing years to senior citizen status.
Dr Page is the best, even though the office systems & management has been challenging over the years (although all are polite & efficient).
Dr Page is a kind, gentle soul that is highly competent; no better internist around.
Highly capable managing complex cases. -

(January 1, 2020, 7:05 am)I have been a patient of Dr. Page for most of my life. He is a compassionate doctor who takes the time to have a conversation about life things before getting down to the business of the office visit. It’s an experience I don’t have with other providers who tend to walk into a room with their heads down in a chart, speaking to a clipboard without making any eye contact. The back office staff and nurses have always been nice and welcoming. I do wish the front office staff, both at the check-in and on the phone, had a better approach to greeting people, but I have never had any negative experiences with them. Still, a smile and a good morning or afternoon with eye contact or an upbeat phone voice could make a difference in a person’s day. Overall, I’d highly recommend this office to others, and have definitely recommended Dr. Page in the past.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brooks Trotter for over a decade and he is simply my go-to person for all medical concerns. The staff are friendly, courteous, patient, resourceful and you can trust them with getting things done efficiently, like getting a script called in for renewal. The people who work here are outgoing and cheerful and I actually look forward to my doctor's visits. How often can you say that? I give this medical practice my highest possible recommendation.
