I went to Dr Ali for a complete retinal examination. She was the only ophthalmologist that had an opening in the timetable I needed to see one; I take a medication that can negatively impact my retinas and need to have them examined by an ophthalmologist every 6-12 months. Her office is about an hour away from my residence. This was my first time meeting Dr. Ali. She was extremely friendly, professional, patient, and kind. She went over my exam thoroughly and explained what she was looking for, what she actually saw, and what those results meant for my eyesight moving forward. She also took the time to do a basic eyeglasses exam as well, even though I was not on her schedule for one. Although it takes me an hour to get to her office I have decided she will take care of all my future eye wellness and care needs!
I would 10/10 recommend her and her staff to any of my close personal friends and family.
I had hand sanitizer squirt into my eye. My regular eye doctor was unconcerned and not willing to work me in. I went to a different eye place and they rinsed my eye and said to use drops, said no burns. My eye was hurting so bad. The next day was New Year’s Eve. I called Dr Ali’s office and told them what was going on. The doctor worked me in even with me being a new patient. Turns out my eye was scratched and I needed a good flushing and antibiotics for my eye. She is an amazing doctor. She took her time, was kind and made sure she checked my eye real good. I am transferring my whole family to her for future eye care and check ups. I cannot express how thankful I am for her kindness. She was a breath of fresh air in today uncaring world.
Of course, like most people, I am very iffy on getting work done on my eyes. With my age I needed surgery and could not have asked for a better Doctor in Dr Ali. She explained everything in depth and answered all my questions and concerns. My eye is healing well and I can see better out of it than I ever have...at least since I can remember. Her team is great as well!! Thx all!!
Dr.Ali was so kind and professional! I had some concerns going into my appointment and after a quick exam she really put me at ease. Her staff was great and very patient with me. That puff of air in my eyes makes me jump like I got electrocuted every single time 😄 Thankfully the young lady got me through it! They also gave me some extra contact care goodies to take home! Love it! I would definetly recommend a visit to Dr.Ali!!!
Dr. Ali is a awesome eye doctor. She did surgery on both of my parents. She has been so good with them both. Also she is my eye doctor to.
The staff she has is the best to. We love our doctor and her staff. Couldn't find a better caring bunch of people.
