  I learned more in ONE CLASS than I did i 2 years of YouTube tutorials. The instructors are amazing & classes are fun but will definitely make you sweat. I was nervous to start, but now I look forward to going every week!

  I love my fitness journey at Level Up, I'm building upper body and core strength. I'm getting new confident in myself the more I learn how to flow and don't various tricks on the pole. The best fitness classes I've invested in.

  I love the experience. The instructors & the classes have been amazing. All the participants have been sweet and fun. I’ve enjoy the four classes that I have already attended and plan to get my membership soon.

  If you’re thinking of learning pole fitness, this place is great! Krystal is an amazing instructor - she’s welcoming, patient, encouraging, and is happy to give you repeat pointers when needed. Loved the vibe of the class. Everyone was friendly and there’s no judgment. No matter your size/fitness/coordination level, anyone can learn. I will definitely be back!

  I went to a birthday party and it was the best experience. The instructors were highly skilled and a lot of fun! They really broke it down for us to feel empowered and have a great time. It was a fabulous work out and I am looking to purchase the introductory classes and go back for more!
