Very nice and set up my bed just the way I wanted it

I have been a customer at this location for many years and the service is good, but Ken(manager) gets forgetful in returning calls, so you've lost a couple of sales.

Great customer service!! My wife and I have been a customer here for years now. We have got 2 couches and 3 TVs from them. The staff has always been great. Last week we had an accident with our TV.
While my wife and I were out, it broke off the stand that holds it up. We came home to find it laying in the floor destroyed. When we called rent a center to tell them what happened, they were incredibly nice and helpful. They explained that they had to send the TV in for evaluation before they could replace it which we totally understood. The next thing we didn't expect. The manager called my wife and told her that they were gonna send us a replacement in the mean time. Within an hour they were here with a "loanerTV" almost identical to the one we had and they took the broken one back to the shop to be sent out. This store has really impressed me with their service and I would recommend them to anyone!
