  Wow - Seton Family of Doctors Plus Express Care at Davis Lane was incredible. Friendly front-end staff. I was seen quickly by a medical assistant, who was very thorough and kind. The nurse practioner who saw me, Karen Merkel, had tremendous medical knowledge and great bedside manner. She laid out my options in an easy to understand, but thorough way. Debbie and Amy were also very nice and communicative. I had such a positive experience and will definitely go back.

  Dr. Gerez is definitely the most trustworthy doctor i have ever met and have helped a lot so far. He tries to understand what I am feeling and experiencing, physically and emotionally, and communicates that understanding to me. The doctor gives me confidence and takes my input seriously.
