  Our lender recommended to us a realtor, who was Angelle. I had my sights set on a house that I had not even seen and we were relocating to to Austin from LA which was definitely a gamble. Long story short, we felt Angelle did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to our unique situation. Not only did she view the house and call us nonstop with details and updates before we got to town, but she continued to guide us as first time home buyers and let us know the pros and cons to every situation. She also kept on top of us getting all our ducks in a row with lending (as we own a business and self employment can be tricky). Angelle works very hard and I can't recommend her enough! It is truly is important to find a Realtor who is on the ball and Angelle is someone who will be your best asset should you find the home of your dreams!

  Carrie Bills has helped us with three purchases and a sale over the last few years, and has always been there for us in every way. We had looked for a good realtor and we made a good friend. Carrie's knowledge of the house market in Central Austin (particularly 78704) is second to none, and she gave us expert guidance at every turn. Not only did she manage the transactions with skill and professionalism, she also gained a good understanding of our likes and dislikes; more than once she saved us from making bad mistakes by warning us off properties whose down-side we had not noticed. We will certainly work with her again in the future (when our current mangoes ripen for picking) and we can recommend her with great enthusiasm.

  Carrie Bills was the agent on the recent sale of our home and our experience with her was stellar! Not only did she sell our home within 24 hours of the open house at 75,000 above asking price, but she helped us navigate both the emotional and the financial terrain of selling a home we have loved and lived in for eight years. She has an incredible savviness and was able to hone in expertly on current market conditions so that we had five good offers to choose from! We will be forever grateful to Carrie for making the sale so seamless. My only sadness is that we are leaving Austin, just when I felt I had made a good friend in Carrie. She is also a wonderful resource on all things Austin--I wish I had met her when we moved here eight years ago!
