While reception often left much to be desired here, my experiences otherwise were phenomenal. The doctors, nurses, ins reps, office managers, financial people- all the rest are amazing. I had a retrieval at age 37, I’m holding my son now from my first FET at age 38. They were cautious and careful. Dr. K is amazing. I’m starting another FET now. My schedule was never messed up.
Reading through the other reviews, I am not sure what happened with their experience, but mine has been quite amazing!
The entire team from receptionists, to sonographer, nurse practitioner, and doctors have all been amazing!!! I am an actual person to them, not just another patient like I felt was treated at other clinics.
We have had great success in our process so far.
Communication has been great and I always feel well informed.
I highly recommend Westlake IVF to anyone!
