They focus more on doing yoga safely and with good technique than on looking perfect while you're doing it. I love the education that comes along with the practice.
There's a nice range of classes to accommodate all yogis.
Your Yoga is a calm and welcoming space I'm happy to visit several times a week. -

No pretentious people making you feel like an outsider. I've seen people of all kinds- young, old, men, women- stop by for classes.
