Amazing counselor.
Kendra is amazing. Perfect blend of listening, comforting and nudging. Although I have never met a warmer person, Kendra's approach is backed by the latest research in science as it relates to the mind and specifically the body, mind and spirt connection. She's wicked smart, intuitive, genuinely kind and doesn't let me get away with things that stand in my way of obtaining happiness and wellness.
