I purchased online from their website, and while the item I purchased was out of stock, Pam, the shop owner, went above and beyond to search for a similar Boyds Bear mouse that I would like. She was so sweet and very communicative during the whole process. In fact, the Boyds Bear mouse she found I ended up loving more than what I originally purchased.
