This is a review that I should have written several years ago when I had the roof on my home in Manor replaced, but better late than never, I guess! After making numerous calls to various roofing companies in the Austin area to get bids on having my roof replaced after 25 years, I luckily, stumbled across Alpha Roofing in my search, and found that they were less expensive and had better reviews than all of the others. From the first phone call, I was treated with total respect and patience in spite of the many tedious questions that I asked. When it came to replacing my roof, they all were completely professional, thorough and fast! They provided quality workmanship, excellent service and a generous warranty. Even after my warranty had expired and I had placed my home on the market to sell, one of the owners, Ryan agreed to come out to inspect the roof and make some minor repairs (a few shingles had suffered some wind damage) at no cost to me! All of the staff were a pleasure to work with over the years, but I have to say that Ryan was a standout! I would recommend Alpha Roofing wholeheartedly to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement. They are absolutely the best!

Paul and the crew did beautiful expert work. Paul and his crew were professional, personable, as well as experts in their work. Paul walked me through all that was done and answered the few questions I had. The crew cleaned up the entire work area after the work to make my yard and driveway spic and span. I love the green shingles and the lovely green roof vents etc. They even did green flashing around the chimney. I will definitely recommend ALPHA Roofing with the professional and expert production manager Paul and the equally expert and professional crew. I am exceptionally happy with the work. Thank you. Peter was exceptional to work with. He came out day-of to check out the property, helped me work with insurance to get a claim approved, installed quickly, and was responsive, transparent, and friendly along the way. He also went the extra mile a few times. For example, we had some leaks and rain was on the forecast, so Peter covered up the pipes free of charge to ensure no extra water came in before we could get the new roof installed! Getting a new roof could have been a stressful process, but Peter eliminated all of that. I plan to use and refer Peter and Alpha Roofing in the future!
