Texas Dry Out & Restoration

I hired Texas Dry Out and Restoration for mold removal. They were professional, thorough and communicated clearly from beginning to end. Francois made sure I knew exactly what to expect before the project began and kept me informed throughout the process. And his team was in and out quickly. Overall, I really appreciated the quality of their work, the thoroughness and the care.

I recently used Texas Dry Out and was very impressed with their work, Francois reviewed the damage and gave me an estimate. They were ready to start the work right away. They were always on time, very professional and Francois always took the time to explain what they were doing and as the work progressed unexpected problems arose. Francois always came to me and explained what needed to be done. My rooms now look like nothing ever happened, they kept a piece of the drywall so they could match the paint, their cleanup was done every day before they left and before they left on the last day they mopped all the floors. Would absolutely use this company again.

Francois was quick to respond to my request to inspect a home I was under contract on and wanted to have inspected for any possible signs of mold before purchasing. He made himself available for the inspection with less than 24 hours notice and was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions.

On the inspection itself, Francois and Diego walked me through every single inch of the house and pointed out anything they saw that could be a potential issue explaining everything in great detail and taking pictures where necessary. Nothing but great things to say about the service I was provided and advice I was given even on things that weren't necessarily related to mold issues/mold mitigation. When I called, Francois answered immediately and patiently listened to my issue-carpet that had been wet from a leak in our wall-which I highly suspected harbored mold or mildew. He arrived at the promised time, which was only a few hours after I called. Friendly and thorough, Francois gave us an honest assessment of our damage and used his tool to check for residual moisture. Realizing that my husband was good at doing his own repairs, he showed us what needed to be done next to finish taking care of the mold on our own. It was definitely worth his assessment fee to have a thorough inspection and to be shown how to do what we didn’t know how to do on our own. I feel so much better knowing that we are almost done ridding our home of mold and can put this ugly mess to rest once and for all! Thank you Texas Dry Out and Restoration!

Francois, Diego, Nicholas & their crew responded quickly to deal w/a major leak from a frozen pipe that flooded the master bath and two downstairs bedrooms. They tore out sheetrock, carpet, & tile and installed fans & dehumidifiers to dry things out. The work was very thorough & complete. We received numerous comments from contractors who bid on the reconstruction work about the quality & thoroughness of their work. Our insurance company reimbursed us in full for their job w/o question. I hope I never need their services again :-), but if I did I would use them w/o hesitation. They're great to work with.
