Great place

This is my second cake from B&B and just like the first, the cake was awesome!!! The design was fabulous and the taste was phenomenal!! All party goers raved about the cake!! I will absolutely use B&B anytime I need a special cake!! Thank u for making my son's birthday extra special!!!!

I emailed April Bailey, the owner of B & B Cake Designs on Monday, asking for an elaborate 50th birthday cake for that Friday. She called me back, we worked out the details of what I wanted and then she promised to have it made in time, even though I was extremely last minute with my request. She even delivered it to the location where our birthday party was being held!

The cake was PHENOMENAL! It looked beautiful and best of all, tasted GREAT! My fear with sculpted cakes has been, sure that fondant icing looks amazing, and the created cake is stunning, but it's not pleasant to eat. Fondant is chewy and not exactly my favorite. Well if you are like me, rest assured, because April Bailey is a true artist. She sculpts her details in fondant and sugar, but the majority of details on the cake were "painted" in buttercream icing! The cake itself was vanilla. I mentioned that we are vanilla fiends, so she made the cake with Madagascar Vanilla, which made an unbelievably marvelous tasting and smelling cake.

Long story longer: if you are in the market for a cake, contact April! We will definitely be recommending her to anyone who asks about having a special cake made, and we will definitely use her again!
