    I've been going to this gym for 2 years now. This place is beyond amazing. The community and the coaches make the place feel like your at home, but your working out.

    Went there today for the first time and everyone is super welcoming. I’ve done crossfit many times before ,but by far this has been the best gym to go to.

    Had a great experience at this gym. All the coaches are extremely welcoming and supportive. I was sad to move away from the great people I'd met here.

    I had Britney for my classes. Very professional and encouraging. Be prepared for a random question of the day to get your brain flowing as well as your body moving in this all around gym. I dropped in for a week with them and hit 2 PR’s and I have been doing CrossFit for 2 years off and on. An open gym and a class on Saturday allows all members to see one another. They even have a children’s area separate from where you work out but safe for little ones so you don’t have to worry about weights. I found my new gym whenever I am in town. You can tell a lot of time and effort was put into this gym to make sure members can work out any time they want even with little ones.
