  Our server, Donna, was friendly and efficient. She was attentive but not overbearing.

  This was my first visit to a restaurant since the pandemic, and I was pleasantly surprised. Hostess and waiters all wore masks; social distancing in place. The food was hot and delicious... The restaurant was so clean the three others who were with me pointed it out! Service was excellent!!! We enjoyed ourselves!!!

  Steak was absolutely amazing! Cooked perfectly just the way we asked! Waitress was very nice and accommodating to us. I ordered the Caesar salad and I’m not sure if it was the dressing or the cheese, but it made me sick later that night.

  Great experience overall! Valentine's day dinner, huge crowd too... But I reserved online a few hours prior and only waited about 15 minutes. Got our bread and bat sinks within 5 minutes of ordering them ( and they were good) she had the Blackberry Martini, I had the Boomerang margherita flight. Dinner was great too. Our waitress the bomb! I wish I could remember her name, but I tipped her a $20 even though 15 percent was only like $12... Both of our entrees were well seasoned and delicious.
  My only issue was initially, my order of shrimp came out cold... The lobster and crab cakes were hot and fresh... Our waitress immediately came back with fresh, steaming hot and fresh shrimp a few minutes after I notified her.
  I had a good experience and would recommend Outback Steakhouse near Chesapeake Square Mall ( or rather Portsmouth Blvd).
