It was really nice talking to someone who helped with my deep issues. Since I talked to her, I have slept better since. My whole life has improved, and I can go to sleep and not have issues with the elaborate mess of life. All it was would be good, then bad, good, then bad. My life has been changed for the better, and I feel like I matter because of her. She taught me to tell myself that I am important. I matter. My self esteem has improved, and therefore, so has my life. Thank you Lisa.
