  I have worked with Independent You for several years. Everyone I have worked with on their team are extremely competent, communicative, reliable, and understanding. They treat their clients with the dignity, respect, and compassion that they deserve. Every time I have had an issue or question I did not have an answer to, someone from their team was quick to respond with an answer or assistance when needed. The team has a wealth of knowledge on how to navigate what needs to be done, and what can be done on an individual's journey. They are more than happy to assist or educate someone when questions are asked. They have a great understanding of what each of their clients needs as well as wonderful at ensuring their care needs are individualized. The team also does a lot of leg work so the responsible party does not have to. Working with Independent You has put my mind as ease and has left me with room to relax where I ordinarily would not be able to. Their entire team is a joy to work with and I highly recommend them.

  We have used Independent You for the last few years and they have been terrific to work with. The staff, especially Joanne has really gone above and beyond. The caregivers have been kind and wonderful to my parents. I highly recommend them!

  I have used Independent You for 2 1/2 years. The CNA (certified nursing assistant) that I am currently using is top notch and it is clear that she and my parent like each other very much. My parent calls her 'honey'. They take the responsibility of caregiving off my shoulders and they are particularly well-trained in dementia and late stage Alzheimer's. They even do my parent's laundry!
  
  They also have a Director of Nursing who stays on top of my parent's medication and has even provided helpful advice on how to best place the potty chair at night. I recommend Independent You very highly
